Our company have all the authorizations and requirements. In December 2012, the plant obtained the A.I.A. (Integrated Environmental Authorization) permit for its facility in San Vitaliano (NA).
In detail we possess the following certifications:
- National Association of Environmental Managers Registration (Legislative Decree 152/2006), with no. TO12758, for the following categories and classes (DM n° 406/1998 and subsequent amendments) for which the relevant financial guarantees have been accepted by the Ministry of the Environment:
- Category 1 Class B – Collection and transport of urban and other similar waste
- Category 4 Class A – Collection and transport of special and non-hazardous waste
- Category 5 Class D – Collection and transport of hazardous waste
- Category 8 Class A
- Category 9 Class D – Reclamation of polluted sites
- Category 10B Class D – Reclamation of asbestos polluted sites
- Agreements with the most important waste recovery, recycling facilities throughout the country;
- Certificate of qualification to perform public works (SOA) issued by the SOA – I.S.M.E.Q. S.p.A. by cat. OG12 V ranking;
- Certification relating to Quality Management System according to UNI EN ISO 9001 (n° 2131 of 05.26.1999);
- Certification relating to Quality Management System according to UNI EN ISO 14001 (n° 4988 of 07.31.2002);
- Certification relating to Safety Management System according to UNI ISO 45001, formerly BS OHSAS 18001 (n° 16524 of 17.05.2011);
- Certification relating to Road Safety Management System according to UNI EN ISO 39001 (n° 29697 of 10.11.2020);
- Certification relating to Management System for anti-corruption, UNI EN ISO 37001 (n° 022D-BEN-PC of 06.06.2022);
- Certification relating to Energy Management System, ISO 50001:2018 (n° 55838 of 07.21.2022);
- Certification relating to Management System for Corporate Social Responsibility standard SA 8000;
- Integrated Environmental Authorization (A.I.A.) for the waste treatment and storage plant issued by the competent administration of the Campania region, D.D. n°310 of 12/12/2022;
- Registration, upon voluntary compliance of the organization to the eco-management community system and audit (EMAS), with no. I-000183 of 12.02.2004, pursuant to Regulation (EC) No. 1221/2009 of the European Parliament and of Council of 25 November 2009 and EU Regulation 2017/1505 and 2018/2026;
- Model of Organization, Management and Control pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001;
- Registration in the list of suppliers, service providers and execution of jobs that are not subjected to mafia infiltration at Turin Prefecture (White List);
B.Energy S.p.A. has also achieved the Certification of Excellence (n. 311 of 06/20/2011) issued by “Certiquality” for its Integrated Quality, Safety and Environment Management System.
The EMAS certification, we achieved, focuses on our reliability and competence in an extremely critical field. Its goal is to guarantee, thanks to careful monitoring, continuous improvements to the production activities, in order to make them increasingly efficient and to minimize the environmental impact. The General Management of the Company has therefore implemented a Quality Assurance program, in order to ensure, with the planning and control of all activities, the Quality of the services and at the same time, the development of an Environmental Management System aimed to the continuous improvement of performance.
